You know....I had a stroked shovel that sounded like that. Never could figure it out. Checked pushrods...rockers...lifters. Replaced stuff with s&s parts. Still Did it. Did the same thing you did...posted a video, and people talked about it, but the bike ran good, had good oil pressure. I eventually quit worrying about it, and rode it 10k moles with zero issues before I sold it.
Have you considered using a stethescope to try and isolate the source of the noise?
When you replaced the lifters, did you mic the insides of the lifter blocks to determine if they are worn (means honing and going to oversize lifters).
I don't know if the rockers are the same as the EVO's or Twincams but it sounds like the rockers are slapping the bolts.
