Did you pull the line off that feeds the pump? Make sure theres nothing in the tank blocking the drain? What weight oil you running? Did you pull a button off the rocker arms to see if your getting flow to the head?
I believe air in the return would be normal with a dry sump, wouldnt it?

Yes i have pulled that line a few dozen times. I am going to pull it again this evening.
The tank was spotless and I just did an oil change so tank should have no obstructions. But i will check again for the hell of it.
I am running 60 weight oil. Straight 60W
I have not pulled the bottom off the rocker arms. Do you mean the oil feed line that goes to the rockers? I am going to pull them and check for an obstruction I doubt there is one but That will settle concern.
The amount of air in the return is unusual to me but I am not familiar with these motors and am just learning. The oil is extremely aerated.
Can you post videos on here? I will post a picture of the returned oil here when I fire it up tonight or tomorrow.
