Default Head Bolt question

What grade and material are the head bolts ? 1982 shovel
Mine are obviously not original as they are not all the same. Some actually look like zinc plated Home Depot bolts !

The OEM originals are between grade 8 and 9 they look like flange bolts and some have the strikes on the head top

early same metal but are semi long plain head tops and grade 8 / 9 possibly - we do know they are very hard and was surprised when we tried to cut one

most of the stuff I come across and use is aftermarket - they have washers - and the head of the bolt is not flanged and will deeply deform the washers (so you got to use new Colony washers) - as far as home depot stuff - nothing wrong with NON-HD hardware - there is a fastenal counter store about 1 mile from my house - Grainger used to be local as well - hardware bought there is good enough for me - hardware I've bought at the HD deler would say China on the inner package - go figure......
