Stock Rakes

My buddy has a 70 FX Shovel and I have an 84 FXE Shovel. We were running a tape measure but he has a pretty good stock rake when compared to mine. Did HD change this dimension in the later iterations of the FX's? Also, were the speedo tanks stock? I've seen a few "stock" photos and they didn't have the speedo.

Curios because I thought my previous owner may have added it but if it's stock, I've got pretty low miles on mine. Thanks.

HD did not make an FX until 1971, not sure what you are looking at.

Unless the derby cover was added on but it says FX on it.

Nice bike, but if it is indeed a 1970 model by the VIN, then someone added 73-up FX rear fender and front end and other misc parts to an FLH. The round swing arm says 72 or older. Hard to tell but it could have 1" lower shocks and 2" longer forks, and that would make the rake appear steeper.
