Isn't your carb, don't dick around with it. Do a compression check and a leak down test, you either have busted up rings or a bad valve guides & seals if the plug is fouling that quick.
Don't waste anymore time or money till you do these tests.

Twisted I already did a Compression test Because that was my first fear and well I had 105 on the front and 115 on the rear.
I have about 1K on a rebuild. My thought with removing the carb was to look in and see the intake valve steam and seal to see if oil is saturating due to bad seals. My Front rocker box is leaking pretty bad. But i don't see that affecting it. It still holds oil pressure fine going up and down the road. She's a runner I just hate to tear it down this early in the fall I love riding in the fall. ugh I don't have the ability to do a leak down test maybe someone from work can loan me the stuff i will ask tomorrow. Any other easy checks.
I had good luck with Legend AGM from NAPA, good price too.
Do you have any smoke coming from exhaust on start up?
I will check Napa Yank thanks. I have only a little puff of black smoke and it is very faint you would never notice it if you were not jumping the relay as I was when I noticed it. Lol
Start the bike and put a hair dryer or heat gun at the coil and see if you still have a problem. I had a coil drive me crazy on cool days it was fine , but on hot days it would shut the bike down ,
Plugs oil fouling that fast it's rings or shot guides & seals .
You can dance with it till hell freezes over and it isn't going to change that. Sorry man you are not the first down this road even after a redo.
Doesn't mean I have to like hearing it lol, or maybe I enjoy dancing! Unfortunately I was leaning towards the valve seals hopefully not the rings I came here for that type of "hey man does this look serious" answer and it sucks lol.
I will post a pic of the plugs for everyone to see.
I have a few other coils that bench test ok so before I tear it down I am going to ride it one more time around town and I will switch the coils just to get a duplicate result but you have re-assured what I was already afraid of Twisted. Thanks for being that guy lol, usually its John
But seriously thanks guys I am not going to just go hog wild and tear it down to nothing.
I will start a new thread and politely ask those of you that actually know to keep a watchful eye on my progress so I don't stray to far into the weeds.

I like telling you this about as much as you like hearing it
But done this dance with a number of shovels including a couple that had supposedly fresh valve jobs, point it isn't uncommon on the old girls. Most times the tin seals pop off if the guides have some wear or were sized on the loose side. Rare but the guide can get loose in the head passing oil around it.
60-80 miles on these. Front cylinder is the dark one. 60-80 miles on these. Front cylinder is the dark one. 800+miles on these plugs. Front cylinder on the left.
