Default 73 FLH Wheel size?
Just picked up a 73 FLH project bike. Was wondering if anyone knows the largest wheel size you can put on a stock FLH front end?

The 500 16 on it now needs the air to come out when removing the wheel now

He may be referring to diameter. Going for the pizza cutter look perhaps?

Your new Twinkie is Marvelous - i especially like the early dodge diesel exhaust exit through the saddle bag front top - nice touch

Thats for my competition sound system, after all thats what motorcycles are all about no?

These bikes always reminded me of a dog dragging its butt along the carpet.

Well if you got the that god awful bobber bug, pull the fender and keep stuffing till the sidewalls rub the legs and you can't get the caliper back on.

Otherwise any wider profile is gonna touch with the old full FL fenders, maybe find a Fatboy style and play with the mount tabs you can go bigger and still not smoke the paint.
