I need a battery for my bike. 1983 Disc Glide. I've seen some options at ~$60, some ~$150-200, and even some lithium ion batteries for >$300. Wondering what specifications I need to look for and what brands are reliable and which ones to avoid?
And I have had great luck with the YTX-20 H, from Chrome Battery... they last at Minimum 3 years... just like any of My (unattended) batteries...
Edit; I have one on the '74-74", that will turn over 4 YO this summer... wondering if she gonna make it??? Never been tended to in Any Way.. not even removed for winter!!!

I would use an AGM or gel filled battery because they will not splash battery acid out the vent and eat the paint off or damage the chrome. This is the part number provided from a member listed above. There are all kinds of batteries on e-bay withe free shipping double check the number needed for your bike and don't for get to check the terminal orientation.
