I have had at least three Shovelheads missing that bumper, and all three had serious indents in the Primary cover from the Jiffy Stand. Most O.E.M NOS bumpers are peel and fall right off. I peel and then epoxy them on with great success. I don't think I ever lost one that I epoxied on. I filled the indent with epoxy as well before putting the bumpers back on.

 

well i don't use that rubber i order some rubber tape it works great plus one roll lasts for ever
