Mine seems to be aligned well and clutch works as smooth as the Twinkie.

Glad you don't need one. Since the hub in not locked in place it's a matter of design not execution. Add the RJ retainer, which has 3 diff clearance options, and the hub can't put pressure on the clutch discs thus finding neutral is easy even when stopped.

Normal, Think about it, the trans is in neutral and the clutch is engaged.
