yep. Everything is new. This was close to being a basket. Had the motor Rebuilt by an indie with new everything. Trans, kicker, primary...carb, new points, new dash & harness. All new stuff. Some rebuilt oem some USA and of course some was overseas stuff.
If you're using NGK spark plugs and they have fouled , what i have found in recent rebuilds is that they dont like being fouled and cause all sorts of troubles even when cleaned up and reused........not bagging them as ive been a user of NGKs for decades and if using them on a motor that is already tuned probably not a problem.
Fairly certain fouled plugs don`t cause a "no crank" issue

Not that I know of either...But then...I gave up on NGK plugs a long time ago!!
Starter has power. Solenoid works properly. 12.4 on battery. Handlebar switch has power. Im going to check relay today. Can a circuit breaker under the tank be the issue? Heat? I would think if there was a ground/ short issue it would also show itself somewhere else as well.
Came in this am and bike fired right up with no problem. Has to be heat/ short related?? Idk. Again when it does it is after the bike is hot and it does not click or crank or turn over. Zero noise when I push the start button on bars. When cold bike fires immediately. Doesn't crank...or turn over just fires up like "Let's Go". Funny...when it wants to start its the best starting bike I've ever owned! 🤣

If you bridge the relay with your switch in the on position "Basically bypassing the starter button", does that engage the solenoid? I had a very finicky starter button that would work most times then at other times I had to push it at a very certain spot along the rim to make contact.
