Couple of questions come to mind. Why does it have a 73 left case? Was it in an accident or was it stolen and the left case replaced because the VIN was hot? If it has a blue tag it means its been to the CHP and they cleared it and installed the tag? Why wasnt it registered and a title issued after that? If it seems too good to be true, it usually is. If it were me Id walk. Harley prices are in the toilet these days. There has to be better candidates around without as much hair on the deal. Just my $.02.
