Any body got any secret tricks on how to set up Head Gaskets and Rocker Box cover Gaskets to keep them from leaking? I used both copper and the blue teflon gasketsbut the rear still leaks.
I agree. I'd take both heads to a good machine shop to get them checked.
As far as the rocker box gaskets go, get the more expensive JIM'S gaskets with the silicone bead. I had the same thing going on with mine and those gaskets fixed her up. Be careful adding silicone (RTV) yourself becuse it doesn't take much to cause lots of oiling problems when it squeezes into the top of your heads!!
