Default Help color FLH 1978...

Hi!
Anybody can help me with my Shovel?
I've already bought a 1978 FLH in Italy...
It's in very good conditions! And runs really good!
Just 28000 miles on it...
The only problemis the color...not original...
I would like to paint it in one of the original colors for that year...
Do you know what colors???
Black? I think the original paint was blue...
Any picture???

Thanks a lot...

Try eBay under motorcycle parts. There is a retired HD mech that sells

a book on harley paint. It has cross reference numbers with paint mfg.

He is a nice guy, and will tell you if your color is in the book before you buy.

I think the book goes for under $10.00 US

You can also write to HD restoration department. If you include your

veh# they will tell you every thing about your bike including the paint color.

Let me know if you need the address.
