Be careful and make sure it is timed right, and that the mark doesn't dance around in the hole.

Have a 1983 FLHS and after electronic ignition **** the bed 15 years ago I switched to points and prefer that on the basis of break down issues. Whern electrics go you're screwed. You can always carry spare p/c.
