I am no rigid frame expert never owned one but I can throw in my ideas.
Does this frame look home made? There are many shops who have produce frames over the years and I know that some don't brand them or put any production marks on them in any way.
you might give a call to some frame manufactures to see if they can give you some help.
Can you post us some images?
Yeah, that would probably be the best way. Unfortunately, the pics I have don't really show much of the frame close up. I was hoping there was a "standard" area where serial #'s or other ID's were stamped. Not a big deal, but this is a new to me bike, with lots of non-stock parts, so I'm just trying to figure out what I have.
