Default Frame tab...

needs to be installed (welded) onto my frame for forward controls. Anyone know exactly where to position the tab? Measurements? Jig? Can't find another bike to measure.

I tell ya what i would do. If i was buying custom forward controls then i would figure out where i needed them and try to mock them up and then come up with were i needed to weld the plate that way they were a good fit to me.

As for the bike from his sig information iam guessing here that we are talking about a 1977 FXE
