Sick man! That is a fuggen' cool ride!! Looks like it will definitely be a lot of fun. Glad you decided to go through with the trade! I was beginning to wonder whatever happened.

Does it run as it stands now? How many miles on it?

hey Joe... i just want to get rid of it and put a 21" spoke up front. any ideas? anything to trade? i could even throw in the dual disk set up. just send me a PM.

thanks for wiring diagram Country Punk it already has marine switch set up... the push button goes right on end of solenoid to get rid of relay and push button on bars. makes it way easy.
WAY easier than my 06'!
she runs really good and seems like low mile motor. no odometer to tell, but I am gonna do a top end job on it for sure before any long rides.

so the minor tear down turned into a complete overhaul! decided that I am just gonna tear it all down and make sure I know what I have.
anyway, looks like the tranny is in great shape. cleaned her up in solvent tank and drained out old oil. was suprised to find that the tranny actually kept all the oil in and it looked real good coming out. not milky at all.
next step is to remove the swing arm fromthe frame and get both pieces of frame prepped for powder coating.
anyone know where I can find kickstart install instructions online?
and yes... this weekend I will get a bunch of pics taken!

If you're removing the swing arm anyway, you should hunt down a round swingarm from a pan. As far as I know they don't require any modification, just a bolt on. They look better and, because of the shock angle, drop the bike lower with longer shocks. It's a win, win from everything I've read.
