Pogo stick help please

Thumbs up Pogo stick help please
I have a 77 FXE and I want to put a pogo stick seat on it. Can anyone tell me what will be needed to complete this project? I know I will need upper and lower bearings pressed in the down tube but is this all that is needed? thanks for the assistance.

Only owned FLH but I guess my first question (since I do not own a shovel) is there the correct hole in the downtube for a solo seat assembly to be installed? Second you mean seat post bushing NOT bearing. Think places like J&P and V-twin will have what you need.

even an fxe frame should have the bushings, my 76 fxe has the proper bushings for the post

Measure the bushing in your frame while HD made frames with the bushing not all were reamed out to proper size just the FL models .
