Smoking My 80 FXE smokes when i let off the throttle. Still runs good no smoke at idle just when i let off the throttle. Last summer new valve job, Pistons, rings, white smoke. and is using oil not much.

Sounds like valve guides. Did you replace the valves and guides or just have the valves and seats ground? If I was going to do a valve job, I would also pull the jugs and check pistons, cylinders for wear. If needed to do, it makes more sense to take it apart once and cover all the bases.
