You ain't the first person to do that. Pull the hub off and see if you bent the backplate they are mounted in. If not, tap them back into position with a hammer so the plates will slide on and off easily. Don't get rough with it. Just tap them until they are right.
Re-assemble off of the bike; all of the plates and pressure plate with the nuts just to check things before final assembly.
Just noticed............BAD post number. You may not want to follow my instructions.

Also you can slightly oversize the holes in the plates (the next size up). Then do the tiniest smidge of countersink.

Be sure to put the nuts on the threaded rods first and use a clutch plate to tell which needs a love tap . I'd try to avoid enlarging the holes if you can , that'll lead to other issues you'll cuss about later .

What issues are likely to show up?

Once they get oversized the plates really bang the studs and groove them which in turn causes the plate to want to stay in the those grooves and then you get lots of drag going on and it get's worse as the holes oblong and the studs wear . You start noticing the clutching is always dragging no matter how much you adjust it and doesn't take much wear to cause it .
