I have a 80 wideglide the bike starts and idles just fine. When u give it throttle it cuts out and dies if let off it will cat itself and stay running. I have changed carbs running a s&s superb checked jet sizes. I have replaced timming weights plate and points and condenser. Adjusted push rods for valves. Performed a leak down test 18% on both cylinders. Did compression test front 145 and rear 120. Performed smoke test through carb no leaks present. I do have some blow by on the timmig plug. It puts out a good mist. Any ideas thanks
You know the S&S Super B does not have an accelerator pump; hence, the throttle needs to be rolled on more slowly when coming off idle. You are probably not twisting it too fast but I gotta mention that.
I'm thinking the carb's transfer ports are plugged or restricted.
If that is the case, those ports need cleaning out. Using a spray can of carb/choke cleaner, flush them out. If you use a piece of fine wire to help get crud out of them, be careful to not distort the holes or break off the wire in them.

The problem was going on with another carb (bendix zenith) that is why I switched carbs. There is absolutely no intake leak. I have sprayed it and smoke tested system.
