I had to get a new master cylinder for either my shovel or the ironhead, I don't remember which. I DO remember that I had to use a dremel tool and a file for about an hour to get the lever to fit properly with the mc. That was the worst POS part I've ever gotten from Taiwan.

Well I did try a rebuild kit, did not help. My dad's friend thinks he has an original one laying around someplace, so I might try that.
