i only found one odd rear Head the date code is 3 - 77 and it has the o ring intake its not perfect in the seat and guides but rebuildable - 200 hundred bucks if you dont want it pay the shipping and i will refund your 200 - post office is 11 bucks for this type of item
For a 72 you would need a head with a 66 date code. If you use a head later than 74 you will have one long reach and one short reach plug. Check the head you have to see if it has a 66 right above the spark plug on the fin.
It looks like a stock frame with the rear tank mount and seat bar support removed. The VIN on the frame should be the same as the motor 2AxxxxxH2 for a 72FLH.

Frame motor and trans all numbers matched. The guy I got it from found the head and a super b carb. I am now in need of a outer primary, where's the best place to get one?
