I am 6'3 and have long arms. I have never had issues with stock bars on any bikes but would be open to looking at some aftermarket's. I don't like the ape grip style.

i have grown to like this type of bars / the bike is not one of mine but i have the same ones and i like them
I am partial to the t bars/drag bars but not sure if they would look right on an old flh...what would some stock looking options be (maybe with a couple inches more pull back)?
I will look online today and post some options to get opinions.
I like the early Fat Boy or Heritage bars. They're the closest thing to the early buckhorns and I think they will give it the look you're looking for.....plus they're comfortable. Low and wide (but not too wide) with 9" of pullback.
How about a headlight? I have a chrome bucket about 5 inches now. I'd like to put in a nice 7 inch H4 (I have an extra on hand). Is there a chrome bucket that will bolt directly to the tree (no mods) like stock?
I have the 6 1/2" bates style on my wide glide. Don't think you'd have any problem with a 7". It will probably have more to do with the mounting block that it mounts to. There are many different sizes and shapes to make most any headlight work.
