Well maybe I will just go for it and get a new set of the same size...the front one was made on a monday or fri. because the nut that is part of the rod is not completely true causing it to look bent when you spin it, the adjuster is true so the rod needs replacing anyway so might as well buy the whole set inserts and all and start fresh.

Since you seem to want to spend money DON'T get another set with those cheap fat aluminium pushrods , those tend to rub the insides of the cover tubes, have alignment issues like the ones you're noticing, they flex like crazy at higher RPM and will warp eventually. Go steel or titanium please.

OP I'll also suggest going to the blue silicon seals instead of the corks when you change over, saves some bad language down the road.

Mine have the O-ring style, don't seem to have much trouble with those.
