Default Does anyone reproduce these muffler clamps?

Does anyone reproduce these muffler clamps? All I could find were the 1" wide clamps with the groove on one side. Got them from Harley. I like the original narrow style better.

Id take it to napa or autozone or some place like that. It's a muffler clamp and they can order a bunch of different styles. Try summit too once you find out the name of the specific style of clamp

Having owned my '90 Glide from new that variety were inclined to fail and were replaced by a similar design, but with an integral band, which made them more stable. The flanges on both my pipes fractured over a few years, leaving relatively left for clamping onto. That alone was a good reason they were changed to the wide band variety!

Torcas are easy to get at the auto parts places in stainless for about six bucks and a better swap if you decide to go the upgraded route

With 38 years of experience in tool design, I can safely say that's a bad design right there. All the stress is concentrated at that one point (the "bump" opposite the screw). I can see why they were replaced. Why you'd want them (other than for a restoration) I can't guess.

The thing I like about these clamps is that they actually squeeze the 2 flanges together when you tighten it. The new style clamps only pull on one side of the flange and dont do as good of a job sealing if the flanges are not perfect. Mine do not leak though. I installed new copper washers and applied red high heat silicone to the flanges when I installed my new mufflers. I found some made by Paugco that are very similar.
