Unfortunately this is a "you live you learn" situation for me. I love the idea no one can work around the security system and steal my bike but this is biting me in the a**. But I can only blame myself lol.

You should be able to go through the password learn [30 min procedure], and that should get it running, but would most likely need the FOB's to be re-married to the bike by the dealership.
