Billqbiker, I ordered the hand rail from a local HD dealer up here in Ontario. its an aftermarket and I think its put out by Preston. Vtwin has them too I think. was easy to install, all I did was mark out the placement. Carefully drill and tap 4x1/4 inch holes and bolted it into the seat pan. have to be careful not to drill in to far. I used a quarter inch tap, 27 thread and put a little locktight on it. There is only a little bit of meat to tap but it works and has never come off.

Default My 2005 Road King Classic - Work in progress
Have a 2005 Road King Classic, been fixing it up... next up cams and big bore, maybe SE Cam plate kit/oil pump.

Here's mine I just picked it up in the late spring. 2011 RK. I added comfort mods like Tall boys extended boards, C and C sea, fish tails and grips.

A total rework in the mix when the white stuff begins to fall. Custom 5" extended CVO bags, Klockwerks Fender, blacking some things out and all new paint. Not sure on a color yet..
