Living in California what does it take when buying one Out of State?
Okay, looking at a lot of motorcycles out of state. I know it needs to be registered one year and at least 7500 miles on it. What about smog, is the smog test? What about Catalytic converter? Do they look or check the bike for smog regulations? Anyone have any experience in this matter? Any advice appreciable.
We pinky swear at registration time to not modify them in any way.
