Took some items to a local powder coater to match the fine texture finish that is found on engine case. It's a close match but not a perfect Harley match. So many types of blacks .
I powder coated my primary cover matte black to match my RGS. Looks pretty good and really flows with the bike. I know exactly what you mean about the gloss black which is why I knew from day 1 powder coating was the way to go
