Default Little tool to remove Streetbob exhaust bracket bolts

Just for info I put a streebob exhaust on my fatbob, as to be able to put on the footboards, well today I was doing a 3 oil change, and a bolt dropped on the oil pan as I was warming the engine up, well it turned out to be the exhaust bracket bolt that holds the bottom header in place, and also one screw was gone compleatly, and the last one was hanging on by a thread, so after much cursing as I could not get at the screws well enough, I made a little tool to tighten the screws up nice and snug, it is basically a Torx with 3/4 of its allen head cut off, which allows you to get in and tighten at least the first 2 screws, still have not found a way to put the 3rd screw in.

I did the same, but used a Chapman ratchet. You may need to loosen the front isolator and lift the engine to get #3

Cheers cggorman, do you think it will be ok for the time being with just the 2 front screws in.

Not sure, but since there rear bracket is there I think it'd be OK for a bit. I was removing mine so our scenarios are a bit different.

Well I finally got that third, screw in but actually repaced it with a bolt, made it so much easier to get at with a 7/16 inch flat spanner, however in order to do this I had to remove my ride side footboards and brake rod to give me some space, all tightened up nicely, gonna keep watching if them 2 screws I tightened up try to wriggle out again, I really do not want to put red loctite on them, in case of removal.

It was a damn pain in the butt though, took me best part of 3 hours cursing about the screw, cannot understand why moco do not use bolts in there, so much easy to get at.
