if i'm not mistaken those numbers look pretty good. What would be any disadvantage to changing out the cams? I've already completed stage 1 but now stage 2 has my interest.

The only disadvantage I have found is a sore right wrist. LOL

Disadvantages:
1) Sore right wrist
2) lighter wallet (about $900-$1000 for the cam & labor)
3) lower MPG (see #1 above)

Stage II on a 114 M8 is the most bang for the buck of any Harley upgrade. If you've already got Stage I done, Stage II is so close... and so fun...

Just had the first ride on my '18 Heritage 114 after the initial 60 mile ride home 7 or 8 days ago due to this bad weather. Bike runs great power is good. Nice and smooth at 70 to 100 MPH, gets to 100 in the blink of an eye...

Question. on my way home, hit it hard in the first three gears and the rev limiter hits at around 5,600 R's. I thought the SE Reflash upped the rev limit to something around 6K R's............Does anyone know for sure?? Pulls like a rocket to the limiter.

Per Screamin Eagle Pro Tuner:

Stage 1, Stage 2 Torque, and Stage 2 Power should all be 6400 rpm

When and who reprogrammed your ECM ?

Heck, the dealer did it when the Torque cam was installed.

I thought that it should be higher than 5600 or so.

I'll be calling them tomorrow.

There is a way to set it manually... the default that comes up though is 6400rpm. Maybe they dial it back. Did they give you the pro tuner module? I assume you were charged for one so you own it and should have it. If you get a cable its pretty easy to plug it in and view/modify the settings yourself with a computer. The software is a free download.
