87 Electra Glide Classic FLHTC: Turn signal problems
Hi everybody, I'm restoring an 87 E.G.C FLHTC that I bought in Nov. (also new Harley owner). Currently the handlebar switches are off. (I just put new chrome buttons on,.....) but anyway. I put new turn signals on the front, new flasher relay, and new hazard relay. I got everything hooked up today, and hit the hazard switch, and only the left front blinks. The rear (both are dim, but blink) the left front does nothing. Any ideas, bad ground somewhere? How would I trace a bad ground, and why would it weakly blink? Could the rear signals be funked up? This was a basket case. I bought it from a widow of the guy who owned it. It starts and runs nice. It's just this last detail I'm trying to get over.
