Default Ride On really does work!

This is the original rear tire off of my 2017 Limited Low..... it has just over 20,000 miles on it..... while at Bike Week the last few days, I was shopping around for a tire deal, knowing these tires were getting close....... so I made a deal and had them changed out..... this is what I found in the rear tire!! The larger one is a 1/4 inch lag bolt, clear through the tread, the other is a small nail, also completely through...neither of them leaked and were completely sealed by the Ride-On tire sealant that was in the tire....the tech didn't measure the tire pressure before he dismounted it but there was no noticeable loss of pressure....The tire was inflated to 40PSI on Friday while I was doing a fluid service on the bike and these weren't in there then....... amazing stuff...I've been using it since my '09 Roadking with great results...... thought you would like to see this picture......DW

I've been a solid fan of Ride On since early 2013, when I first found out about it.

During a service I had, the tech showed me a nail that was average size and said it wasn't leaking. I told him why and he said he never had of it. And...it balances the tire, so no weights.

Good to hear. Were you getting any vibration before the new tire was put on?

Have had the same results but looks like you were especially lucky. Any tire I have removed showed the product much closer to the contact surface (center) of the tire. I won't ride without the stuff. And yes, I have had pointy things in my tire a couple times that would have been a problem if I did not have it.

none... The bike rode and handled completely normal... I think because the stuff is a constant dynamic balancer as well.

i have found that if I use the maximum amount of product listed as their "severe service" load, I get broader coverage. Damn cheap insurance.

What happens if I use more ride on in tire than is recommended? Severe use for my front tire size is about 6 ounces. It is an 8 ounce bottle of ride on. What if I just put the entire bottle in there which is way more than recommended?

Ride On will be one of the first things I put in when I do my spring service. Never heard of it until joining this forum and now I won't ride without it because of all the testimonials I've heard here.

I've heard a few folks on here praise it before but I never tried it. Two questions-
1) How do you apply it? Is it in an aerosol can like fix-a-flat that you just spray into your valve stem?
2) Does it work on tire with inner tubes? I have an 09 Road King Classic with spoke wheels I would like to use it on.

Yes, works with tubes. Here is an installation video.
