Used FXDL price
This Low Rider is for sale at a nearby dealer. I know dealer prices are always on the high side in the used market, but I'm wondering what a good price is for a bike like this.
I'm not ready to buy my next ride just yet, but I'm looking.

I would be skeptical about that bike in the picture being the correct bike listed. the VIN is for a 14 for sure, but if I'm not mistaken blue wasn't an option for 2014. I remember black, silver and amber whiskey being the only colors available. Superior blue wasn't an option until 2016.

I went to the dealer looking for a softy. When I got there I saw a really nice 14 fxdl. The bike had less than 2k on it all stock. The price tag was 13k and change. I logged on to the dealership website and noticed the same fxdl advertised for 9999. Needless to say the dealer was pissed as I was told it was a mistake, but they had to sell it to me for advertised price. This was at the end of 2014. Pretty good deal I'd say. I think 12k is too high for that bike. And as stated blue was not a color option for the model year 2014.

I'm going to have to swing over there next week and test ride it. Maybe I can find out about the color then.

Looks like someone swapped a Superior blue tin set from a 2016 bike (same color as mine, not hard to do), which takes me to my next point. I recently saw a 2016 DL, stock, same color, in California recently going for 1k less, with even less miles if I remember right. For a 2014, right now, I wouldn't feel comfortable at any more than 10k.

Hell, after seeing some of these ! I have had my 2016 FXDL with 120R motor brand new installed and bike has 5500 miles and its perfect. had it for 12,300 never raced I am 70 yrs. old and just love the power .....also has Harley pro super tune with it ! Can't get them anymore ! have 22,500 invested...
