Default Are my tires cupped

I’ll preface this by saying that I’ve just fixed a multitude of issues on this 2010 street glide with abs. I had a shop replace both front bearings, after that I replaced the front rotors (because one was warped / had runout) with TC bros floating rotors, then replaced the brake pads with Lyndall Z + pads. I also replaced the brake side spacer with a brand new oem one. I will say that when the bike is on the lift, the wheel spins perfectly straight, rotor spins straight as well. They look pretty dead on in the calipers too.

Everything was torqued to spec and aligned in the proper sequence. There’s no play in the front wheel at all either. I say all of that to say that when I go to lean I can feel the bike vibrating a bit and an audible humming or growl.

There’s no grinding or metal to metal sounds either, however, when going highway speeds 65-70+ I’ll go to lean a bit and the vibration or buzzing feeling is back and this time the sound is louder, almost like a whine or a whistle. Same tire I had prior to changing rotor and bearings and there were no issues. I have no clue how long that rotor had runout but maybe that has something to do with tire wear? Could anyone tell me if this tire has cupping or if these tires cause noises like that for anyway else?

Tire is from 2023.

#1- for a Dunlop, that looks shot. Likely contributing to your feel of vibration when leaning. Hard to tell from the pics but cupping is likely.

#2- double check your torque on the right lower leg. That will cause wobble

good to know, I’m not getting an wobble actually. Bike rides in a straight line with hands off the bars. Everything feels great until I lean

Tires look like the bike has been ridden mostly in a straight line and are likely cupped. Do yourself a favour and replace the tires with anything other than OEM Dunlops.

Your tires aren't round anymore.
It's worn flat on the bottom.
When going straight its no problem, you're on the flat.
Once you start to lean you roll over from the flat side to the round side.
Vey well could be cupping on the edges.
A new tire will feel like it's supposed to.

Tire is worn out for comfort. Still safe as long as it does wobbly noticeable when it rolls over on what most call the chicken strip.

Basically, it's no longer a smooth arc.

Replace them and enjoy the ride.

The screwdriver hole on front axle end is facing straight forward.
The air can blow thru that hole and create a whistle effect.

The tire looks like they have tread depth available but only you could measure.
If you ride a lot of straight line then center of tire gets worn and tire tread area becomes squared.
Diminished crown, less rounding of threaded area.
Then when you lean past the square/flat part a waaa waaa type of noise is sometimes noticed. Very slight vibration, humming, changed in road noise.

What is the date code stamped on tire?
How many miles on tire?

I bought the bike from the dealer last summer so I’m not sure exactly how many miles, I’ve probably added 3-4k myself. If I remember correctly the code is 1323?

Generally 5 to 7 years is considered the service life for tires according to some individuals.
So age does not seem to be a concern.
The axle hole position was a service mention regarding a whistle noise many years ago.
