Front brake vibration

Front brake vibration
Had the wheels off to get tires mounted and balanced (Metz 888) and went for a little ride after putting them back on and noticed a little vibration when applying the front brake. Took the pads out and cleaned up the calipers, pads have fair amount left - 2+ mm. Rotors are new thanks to a dumb *** indy that put the wrong bearing in my ABS bike last summer, and I am pretty sure I haven't put any warp heat to them. Planning to check the rotor bolts tonight. Anything else to look for, or might it be "normal"? The rear has no shake at all. I just wish I could say I was positive it wasn't going on before the tire change, but I don't think so

Assuming the vibration wasn't there before the tire change, and the only change you made is the tire, and you now have a vibration in the brakes... Then someone (either you or the person mounting the tire) may have contaminated the rotor with a greasy paw print, or bent the rotor during wheel removal or tire mounting. Try cleaning the rotor and pads with some brake kleen or acetone/lacquer thinner. If they're bent it's not such an easy fix.
