Cleaning satin black/charcoal paint

I have read people are using windex and lemon pledge on their bikes. Is that what you guys are doing? Forget that water and soap?

Hey Batman..... I have a 59 apache that has a Flat/Satin black paint job. whenever I need to hit it quick I use the McGuires quick detailing spray. Seems to work pretty well on that type paint. And I'll use it on the whole truck. Just a quick spray and wipe with a micro fiber hand towel. Give it a shot.

Used the HD denim black spray cleaner today and it worked out great.

Just so you know. The Denim paints are clear coated just like any other paint. They just use a flat egg shell clear coat. Wax and other paint safe cleaners will not harm it. I like the look of my Black Denim paint when cleaned with pledge or other spray detail products. It gives it a darker slight shine/satin look.
