CONGRATS!!!! It looks Great.

I just finished bolting a Reckless fairing on my Fatboy last night - havent even had a chance to ride it yet because I have to put the bike back together and there are just not enough hours in the day with work and family but I am definetely looking forward to that 1st ride with the tunes and oh yeah the added wind protection.

So I guess mine would be classified as a Fat "Glide". LOL

Knees,

Have you opened it up and looked inside? I'm curious as to how the amp is mounted on ones with the infinity unit.

Only thing I dont like is that my speakers are a goldish color and not black....wonder if I could paint 'em?

Have not opened it up. The bronze colored speakers are dark enough where I did not even notice the color. I did get the black grills so that helps vs the silver grills. I do notice the fairing mounting brackets though, that is my only gripe.

As for the 5.25" speakers themselves I am impressed. They have extremely good clarity even when the volume is cranked. Standing next to them while the bike is parked they sound great and sound as good as they can while on the highway with the pipes and wind noise.
