I'm a sucker for blue bikes also...Had an Impact Blue sportster, now a Suede Blue Fatboy. I have seen some two tone suede blue and black touring bikes, but I like solid colors.

Love the look of your Deluxe!
You mentioned baffles, while your looking at V&H tips, there are two styles of V&H baffles that will fit those pipes. Regular(looks like a round cheese grader) and the quiet baffles. I have both but like the quiet baffles best because it deepens up the growl and is plenty loud enough for me. They just slid in and out with a set screw to hold them in. There are also other brands of baffles that should fit those pipes and will change the sound to various degrees.
Hmm.. other than getting a ticket do I have to have baffles? How can I tell if it was tuned to the way the pipes are now? I do not have a power commander or anything under the seat

Kind of a "Don't fix it if it ain't broke" thing. If the pipes where the only change, chances are nothing was done to the tune. If you have a different breather and the pipes and it's running good...somebody flashed it.
As far as baffles.....if you can stand next to the bike and still have a conversation....you have baffles.
