97 Heritage with 21" front - need advice

I have the opportunity to pick up a really sharp 97 Heritage that already has fishtails, chrome front end, chrome hand controls, tons of engine chrome, braided cables, etc. However, I like the 21" front wheel look (got one on my Street Glide) but I can't find much info in regards to putting one on a softail this old. Any info and pics would be great!

What he needs to know if it is has a mechanical speedometer.

Put one on my 97 Heritage Springer. Nothing to know. Just get an EVO model 21". 84-99 bearings and bolt it on.

97 stock does not have a mechanical speedo.
