Got this from a swap meet guy who didn't know what it fit hoping it would fit my Heritage so I could use the hardware and buy.na klockwerks shield. Didn't work out as it dosen't fit. Seems like it might fit without the auxiliary lighting but not sure about that. Anyway, can anyone tell me what it fits? Thanks.

Memory fads quite a bit - But seems a lot of the 2006 and older parts changed just enough not to work. I used a Road King windshield once on my 2013 Heritage and the only fitment issue was the cut out for the headlight was much bigger. But if you've held it up and it doesn't fit, kind of a moot point.
Looks can be deceiving. The most accurate way to determine, would be to take some measurements. First, start by measuring the distance between the 2 outside mounting bolts on the horizontal bracket. It does not matter which side of center you choose to measure. The standard King Size Detachable bracket from HD, which should fit your bike, will measure 3 3/8 inches. There is another King Size Detachable bracket for the Springer which measures 3 3/4 inches. The HD Road King and Swithcback also measure 3 3/8 inches. To identify the difference between the Springer bracket and the Road King / Switchback bracket would be to measure the distance from the top of the headlight cover to the center mounting bolt on the horizontal bracket. The Springer shield will measure 6 1/2 inches, and the Road King / Switchback shield will measure 5 3/4 inches. Hope this helps!
Thanks for the excellent info, Craig. Unfortunately a day too late as I tossed it. Just needed the hardware and it didn't work, so...out it went. Bought it for $10 so no huge loss. I'll keep looking.
