Default Heritage riser help please

I've been searching here and the www for info on risers for my 2012 Heritage and the threads have gone cold when posters ask for part numbers, so I figured I'd give it another shot.

I'm wanting to raise my bars about 2-3" or as high as I can with without having to install new cables? I think 4" may be the absolute max?

Thanks....

I'm thinking about doing the same here. From everything I've read there should be no need to install new cables.

I went 1.5" on my 2012 Heritage with chrome riser extensions from LA Choppers.

There is still enough slack in my cables and wires that I could have gone at least another inch.

The part # is LA-7413-52 They do not come with longer bolts. You will need to get some Grade 8 bolts to go with the spacers.

DK makes black riser extensions (that come with bolts). You can see them HERE

I would have used these, but wanted to keep everything chrome up there.

Got 4" risers from JP Cycles along with poly bushings. No cable changes and gave me exactly the height and pullback I needed.

Yea cool. I ordered 2" extensions myself last night. So 2" extension with the 2" stock risers I should be 4" above the bar I think. I didn't order poly bushings maybe I should have?

i had a "10 Heritage and I changed out my OEM risers with Deluxe risers. It lifted the bars up a little and back a little without having to change any cables.

The poly bushings give the bars a nice solid feel. Good to do while you at it.

I ran these cheap 3.5" risers last year on my 2014 FLSTC:

http://www.kapscomoto.com/product_p/xh6014-001.htm

They put the bars back exactly where I like them.

The corners of the risers do touch the speedo-console at extreme fork lock and they're hard to align exactly so I bought these Drag Specialty 4.5" curved risers along with a top plate and poly bushings - will install some time over the winter - I think that the cables will still be ok.

Currently installed Kapsco 3.5" curved risers:

Another beauty shot (I can't resist!):
