I'd go swing arm instead of wet back.

 

Heck, why stop with the rear fender, get rid of the front fender and tank to...

Thanks for the responses folks. Just wanted to see how it's viewed. I will do what i'm going to do regardless of what anyone says.

A few other bits of information:

This is a rider...not a show bike. I ride it at least 3-4 times a week, anywhere from 7 - 40 miles a pop. On the weekends, i go for longer rides and I've been on 380 mile round trip (in a day)

It is not a touring bike...I don't plan to be riding to Sturgis on it.

I live in San Diego...rain is not an issue. I don't ride in the rain anyway...it's just not fun. I've only been caught in a drizzle once in the last 6 years when on this bike.

I wish the Permanent Waves poster was an original...but it's a reprint. Though I bought the album when it came out new.
