Nice bike, looks like you changed rotors out also?

+1 on 3.5" rim with 120/70-21 up front. Avon makes one now as does a company called Full Bore which has a Metzler type tread pattern.

Evo Spoked DNA Mammoth wheel with 120/70-21 Avon purchased from Mototeks.

Fits nicely in fender.

Close up of EVO spokes in case you want to go FAT spoke route.

Happy Hunting!

Any issues with the 21" and did you do anything about the fender, my shop says he slots the holes and equally spaces the fender to tire as he has experienced tire expansion blister the paint on back of fender.
I had heard of this too and your installer needs to make sure you've got clearance. That can be done by it "just fitting" with no mods if you lucky or rocking the fender up and back to create the clearance (possibly widening the fender holes slightly. Mine fit without any widening of fender holes and clearance is plenty.

Thanks. Yes those are DNA polished rotors. I also changed the brake pads to Lyndall Zs. Figured I might as well do them all while the wheels were off. I got the 21x3.5 wheel ($360) and rotors ($110) from KC International plus $46 for shipping. They came in a week, dropped shipped from DNA. Tire is a Metzeler from Amazon for $146 free shipping.

Also, no issues or mods needed with the front wheel/tire install. Bolted right up. I used the existing spacers. If you want to remove the half moon hub, theres a detachable spacer that is connected to it by a c clip or whatever you call it. Just remove and re-use.

When you received your wheel from kc international was it ready to install other than a tire? Meaning does it come with everything needed?

Yes. 3/4" sealed bearings and inner spacer. Bolted right up with my existing spacers. I ordered from KC international, but my wheel was built and drop shipped from DNA.

For those of you that have went to a 21" wheel, how did it affect your ride? Do you notice a difference? Swapping from stock wheel to 21 changes your trail, and I was wondering if it was that big of a difference?

IMO, the bike rides better than stock. My experience was mostly with a 2012 SE Road Glide however. The 21 seemed lighter and easier to maneuver over the stock 19" on that bike. My Deluxe has only been ridden a couple times with it but it feels better to me though I need to get it on the highway to fully evaluate. Most folks here say it rides better. If you lower the front 2" the stance is nearly the same as stock so feeling is same essentially IMO.
