Just checking in on the forum and dreaming about riding. I have 5 feet of snow in the yard, resulting from record snow falls that are happening every 3 days or so. The snowbanks around the garage are up to the roof, because there is no where else to plow it. I haven't been able to get into the garage to check the bikes for weeks... Too much powder in the yard to even ride the SkiDoo's! Hopefully an early Spring will come... Hard to believe I am typically riding early April! Oh yeah, -27 degrees last night!
I know the feeling , -22 last night here in Ohio 8-10 inches ( better than feet like you ) but still no end in site of the cold for a couple more weeks . I almost cry reading about some of the members of this forum out for rides and writing about how nice it was to get out. Florida is looking better every day!!!!
I feel your pain man. We got snow and ice all over the place here in north jersey. Every morning it is below zero and the fresking wind is relentless.
It almost seems like the warm weather will never return. It was 39 degrees here on Sunday. It's been so cold that Sunday seemed like a warm day. Amazing
that sucks and i feel a little bad for you guys (just a little lol) at lease here in AZ if you can get past the heat you can ride most of all the year.
Just think positive, daylight savings is in 2 weeks. The days light is getting longer into the evenings, March is a week away. All signs Spring is on the way.
Florida sounds great now but I would not want to be in that soup bowl in the summer. I hate the extreme heat and humidity as much as the extreme cold.
Damn we had rain on Monday and high winds on Tuesday so I could not ride, well I could have on Tuesday but had other things to do.
Man it sure sucks here in Kalifornia...LOL....
The left coast does have the good weather, now all we need to do it get rid of the Socialistic government we have here in Kalifornia.
man I feel for you guys, I don't know how you do it. every morning I see the news reports and say to my wife 'hell no!i would have to move'. I guess ya"ll are used to it. a half inch of snow around here and everything shuts down lol.
