I take it those are the 12" HD mini apes kit shown in your signature picture (Part #55859-10B)?

+1 on the HD 12" kit...chrome...a couple of more angles for you to view. the 4" riser height, visually (especially from the front), takes some getting used to since i rode for 10 yrs on a heritage w 1.5" risers. good luck on your choice.

Just put on HCC true 1 1/4 apes with a 14" rise. I'm 5' 7" and my hands are just barely above my shoulders, very comfortable ride. With Hill Country Customs you can get them pre-wired as a kit. Saves ALOT of time as far as extending & running the internal wires and takes the guess work out of which size cables you need. You can also opt to get the plugs attached which just plug right into the existing factory wiring harness. I think my bars w/ internal wiring, plugs, & stainless extended brake/throttle/clutch cables it ran me just over $700.00.

Pics...

Here's a set of 13" L.A. Choppers twin peaks mocked up on my anni lo. Nice bars but I decided They weren't the right ones for me. I wish Flanders made a 14" ape.

I have LA chopper 16s on mine. This has been the best set up for me. They are comfortable and it allows me to handle the bike like a boss. I am 5' 11" and the put my hands about shoulder height.
