If you don't ride 2 up, and you are going to put it over a bib, consider getting one of Motherwell's solo luggage racks instead. They look clean and flow with the fender well, and will give you a little extra carrying capacity.

+1 on the motherwell rack. The narrow (stock) deluxe pillion has the cutouts for the stock rack on the bottom sides, it sits inside the stock rack. The deluxe touring pillion has the cutout for stock rack on the rear bottom, it sits over the stock rack.
