Hey all, new here and although I saw a few old posts on this subject...wondering if anyone has had this recently? Or if I missed a post somewhere let me know! Bought a used from private party, 2012 FXS with pipes/intake/super tuner all installed at HD, 4K miles has just over 11K now
Long story short, Sturgis was pretty rainy last year and my bike started stalling out. Quickly learned how to check the codes and clear them so I was able to get home. Had a few rides without any issues then stored it for the Winter. Now I am getting codes related to the BCM, (ECM clear) the last ride one will not clear B2166 for rear lights which have decided to go out altogether. So initially I got B2118, B2119,which in scouring the internet is all fuel pump output, B2127 the horn just went off one day...awesome..., along with new ones now B2156, B2151, B2121 all for lighting which lead me to all point to a BCM fail? Also gives PN 69991-11A for BCM. I did see a recall on 2011 models for BCM not sealed correctly...getting wet and failing, which seems to be inline with the conditions mine started to act up, just wondering if anyone had thoughts on this before I drown in diagnosis hourly rate at HD?!
