Nit sure if it's been covered but is your forks stock? With some excessive dive in it? My bagger was doing the wobble and I chan my fork oil to extra heavy and it went away. I know , different bikes but still , if your front end dives too easily it might contribute to this.
Glad you figured it out dude. The ape hangers would have been the last thing I would have blamed for the wobble. Kind of annoying how just s change in handle bars can affect the ride so much.
If you look at the bottom line of your frame, you will see that it is not level - the rear is lower than the front. This mean that your front rake is not correct. That is the cause of all of your problems.
Ape hangers only act like a magnifying glass or a stethoscope when there is an existing problem.

It's been like that since I bought it, but unfortunately they don't make a drop in spring kit for the inverted fork set up I have. The last shop I took it to noted that the lower rear as part of the problem. They are an engineering shop and said they can lower the front which should help with the wobble. They also noted the light front end as part of the problem.
I still plan to have the front lowered, but the bar swap was a quick experiment to see if it helped.

Shouldn't matter. Having the front higher will increase rake and trail slightly, which tends to improve high-speed straight-line stability.
I agree that the back end being lower than the front end is a contributing factor to his wobble. When I went 2 inches bigger than stock front wheel on my rocker without the raked trees I had the wobble as well.
Echo nice choice of drag bars ! Fit the bike perfectly !!!
